MAGNETIX MGN4 is Flying Vision’s new-generation battery-powered 42 VAC AC yoke kit, designed for demanding magnetic particle inspections in the field.
Built around the new MAGNETIX YOKE and an advanced MCU-controlled power system, it combines high magnetic performance, true AC magnetization, and safe low-voltage operation in a compact solution developed for professional magnetic particle inspection in harsh industrial environments.

Does battery level affect performance?
No. The MGN4 is designed so that magnetic output and lifting capacity remain stable regardless of battery level. Its electronics control both voltage and current to
help maintain consistent inspection performance throughout battery discharge.
How long can the MGN4 run?
The MGN4 can typically operate from around 4 to 8 hours, depending on inspection conditions, operator working pace, and the time required to move between inspection points. On refinery or process-unit jobs, longer access times between welds often extend operating time, while workshop inspections or construction jobs with fast access to successive welds usually increase effective usage and reduce overall run time. As a general guide, the MGN4 can operate up to 8 hours in standard field use at 25% duty cycle and up to 4 hours in intensive use at 50% duty cycle.
Is integrated UV and white light available?
Yes. The MGN4 is available with an optional integrated lighting module combining UV-A and white light for visible and fluorescent MPI inspections. This provides a
compact integrated solution without the need for a separate external inspection lamp.
